Patient Field Representative – PART TIME [D402 – NJ – CH]

PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a Field Representative to work in the Philadelphia area.

Duties Include:

• Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance
• Driving 50-100 mile radius of assigned area. Reimbursement for travel expenses provided (i.e. mileage, tolls, parking). Cell phone reimbursement included.
• Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information
• Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner
• Transporting supplies to and from client facilities
• Report to Cherry Hill, NJ weekly to pick up work
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual A PLUS (English/Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and car insurance
• Travel and train in our Cherry Hill office for 8-12 weeks; mileage reimbursed
• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 1:00pm – 5:00pm
